We raise grass fed lamb.  We pride ourselves on staying chemical free and we fight genetically engineered food by raising our heart healthy lambs on pasture year round with no grain supplementation.  Our lambs graze in our 36 acre orchard and from June to November will eat all the apple and pears dropped.

Our lambs get plenty of sun, fresh air, and exercise.  They are never confined in a barn or feed lot.

We are not certified organic, but we are considered organic because we do not use chemicals, pesticides, antibiotics or genetically engineered plants on our orchard.

We are considered grass fed because we employ a rotational pasture system which all our animals are a part of.  This benefits the health of the pasture, the fruit trees, and the animals.  We do not grain feed, which increases the health benefits of the meat to the consumer.
